Here at Aqueous Vapor we offer a 14 day Warranty on Defective Merchandise.
We rarely have issues with product quality due to extensive testing performed by the manufacturer, as well as our staff, to ensure the products we sell are of the highest quality. About 90% of the time, product issues are due to user error and not by the manufacturer themselves. Extensive market research has been done before making our products available in our online and physical stores to ensure quality to our customers. In the rare event that your device has an issue, Aqueous Vapor will exchange defective products purchased within 14 days, with the exception of the items listed below:
• Cartridges and Cartomizers
If the product malfunctions once it’s removed from the original packaging, and shows no sign of use, we will replace the product free of charge. However, the purchaser must notify Aqueous Vapor WITHIN 1 business Day of receiving shipment, or when you have purchased from our physical store. If you have purchased from our physical store, we suggest you bring the product back into the store in order for our professionals to examine it.
We require defective items to be sent back to the address below for resting before replacement is sent. Once we receive the product from you, and determine the failure is due to manufacturer defect, we will issue a gift certificate for reasonable shipping costs you paid in shipping that can be used with your next purchase. Or, we can issue a refund for the shipping cost to the card you used to make your purchase if you prefer that alternative. Please do no ship express mail as we will only be able to refund you for standard shipping.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you purchased the product from our store or received the shipment. Make sure you contact us at 573-825-1955 or by email at [email protected]. For exchanges, all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and unopened. We DO NOT exchange e-Liquids.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Returned merchandise should be packed carefully, it’s best to wrap the parts in bubble wrap or a paper towel and tape and send in a USPS mailing folder. Include a note with your order number or receipts (we accept photo copies). We recommend returns be shipped with a tracking number to enable you to confirm we received the shipment.
